I’m addicted to snowboarding!!

And I’m so excited for future opportunities to continue the sport: since we live near the absolutely breathtaking European Alps!!

I mean just look at this view

Last weekend, we were in Tarvisio, Italy. It hosts runs for each level of boarder/skier and even has a fun park (which I did not go to because I’m not skilled enough). It also has a beautiful town at the top of the mountain where you can stop to eat or get something warm to drink. The photo above shows the start of the little town.

I found myself being extremely proud after Tarvisio, too! I went down two black (advance) runs and came out alive! The black runs were extremely bumpy, where I fell a lot and sometimes went butt sledding down the mountain (haha, it was fun!).

I wouldn’t mind going back here to snowboard someday.
